We ship to nearly every location biirds can fly to,
so you’ll most likely find your shipping location in the dropdown menu during check-out.
We charge a low, flat shipping fee (about the price of a Caramel Frappuccino) for every order so we can give you the best possible service.
Shipping takes about 4-7 working days but during COVID, this can be somewhat longer due to couriers being overloaded.
Yes, you can change your mind.
We get it, sometimes you change your mind. We want you to be fully satisfied with our products; that’s why we’ll accept returns for any reason within 30 days.
Due to the nature of our products, please understand that we cannot accept any returns if the packaging has been opened or the tamper proof seal has been cut. Your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as you received it.
Don’t sweat over your neighbors or colleagues discovering what great pleasure awaits you. With our super discreet packaging, even your postman won’t know a thing ;)
It happens. We’ll make it easy for you to get the right item if you change your mind. Just contact us.
All Biird pleasure toys come with a 1 year warranty against defects in the workmanship of the product. On top of that, after the initial 1 year warranty is over, you’re entitled to our 5 year pleasure warranty which in case of a defect offers a 50% discount on all our pleasure toys.
