Shipping is free above a certain purchase threshold and a flat shipping rate is charged for any orders under this threshold. You’ll see this clearly displayed during checkout.

All Biird pleasure toys come with a 1 year warranty against defects in the workmanship of the product. On top of that, after the initial 1 year warranty is over, you’re entitled to our 5 year pleasure warranty which in case of a defect offers a 50% discount on all our pleasure toys.
