Returns

We accept returns for items purchased directly via biird.co, within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be sent in the form of a store credit, which never expires.

Credits are for the price of the product and do not include shipping fees. If a gift card was used to purchase the product, your order will be refunded in the form of a gift card.

How do I start my return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@biird.co. Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card for store credit.

What if my product is defective?

Defective products fall under warranty claims for 1 or 2 years with proof of purchase. See “Warranty” below for more details.

We do not accept returns of jewelry or socks other than if defective.

Warranty

All Biird pleasure toys come with a 1-year warranty (2 years where legally required) against defects in the workmanship of the product. On top of that, after the initial legal warranty is over, you’re entitled to our 5-year pleasure warranty which in case of a defect offers a 50% discount for your next purchase.

Refunded purchases are not eligible for warranty replacement. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, cosmetic damages, or service by unauthorized agencies. Loss or damage to removable parts will not warrant a replacement of the entire product. Please note that due to ongoing improvements, the actual replacement product may vary slightly from the one described here.

Implied Warranties

The above is the sole warranty for our products. Biird hereby disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Biird's liability, and the customer’s exclusive remedy under the above warranty, is limited to the replacement or repair of the product by Biird or its authorized service centers. These warranties are exclusive and replace all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Remedies

In no event shall Biird or any of its affiliated or subsidiary companies be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product, whether based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, tort, or any other legal theory. Such damages may include but are not limited to, loss of savings or revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, claims by third parties (including retailers), or the cost of substitute equipment or services.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
