When air pulse toys have glowing reviews sometimes you can’t tell if the person has tried other air pulse toys or not, whether they’re just responding to the awesome unique feeling for the first time or whether the toy is even better than other air pulses.
Well I have tried five other ones and I can easily say this is my new favorite of all of them! I have a harder time orgasming right now because of medication and Namii is my most reliable toy.
Unlike some other brands, it doesn’t have a hard tapping/thuddy feeling which is a sensation that can be way too harsh for me. I’m not one for mega strength either, I can’t go up to the highest setting on some of my toys and I would never go for a rose toy because I doubt I could even handle the lowest setting.
Instead the feeling of the Namii is super smooth and almost like water bubbling? The first level is nice and low and the last two get quite powerful but still not harsh.
That said there are some things that frustrate me. Five levels is a pretty low number, the range it covers is good but if there were more levels in between it would be more versatile and allow for a slower buildup.
And the button design is not good. Only one button for the air pulse settings mean when you’re on level 5 and you click again, it goes down to level 1. That is a total buzzkill when I’m on level 5 because I’m really close to orgasm. To avoid doing that you have to count your clicks and remember where you are all the time. Who wants to do that when they’re masturbating?
The vibration aspect is decent but doesn’t make that much of a difference for me. The motor is in the other end, so it doesn’t change the feeling of the air pulse itself as much. It vibrates your vulva when you’re using it in the “hands free” orientation, it doesn’t do that much for me in an orgasmic sense but it’s a kinda fun addition.
The nightstand charger is cute but not very practical. I do like the light, it’s a nice way to set the mood, but I’ve had it go on randomly at times. But the bulkiness makes it a bad choice for traveling with or bringing over to my bf’s. I wish there was a portable cord version even if I had to buy it separately.
I also don’t like when sex toys have nightstand chargers because it’s very… cocky? Conceited? Of the company to assume they’re going to be my favorite toy I keep right next to my bed. And not in a drawer or storage box where not only would it take up too much space but I’d have to worry about the plastic sides breaking. Namii did turn out to be my favorite toy I keep next to my bed lol, but I also have Evii and it’s not!
